This page explains what happens to information when you visit optarasuite.com, a website of Ametra Systems.

What we collect on this website

Only what you choose to send us. This website has no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies.

Like every website, the server that delivers it (our web host) keeps short-lived technical logs: your IP address, the page asked for, the time and your browser type. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.

If you use the contact form

We receive your name, e-mail address and message, and any other details you choose to add (such as your phone number, business name, type of business and the systems you use). We keep them to answer you and for our records. We do not sell or share them, except with the providers that run our website and e-mail, or where the law requires it.

To stop automated spam, the form keeps a one-way code made from your IP address (not the address itself) for one day, and messages that look like spam are set aside instead of delivered.

Patient information

This website never receives patient information. Optara Optical Suite, the software, is a separate system run for each customer under its own agreements, including a business associate agreement where one is required.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send us a message through the contact form.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
